We charge a non-refundable operational fee to handle the deposit from your guest. This allows us to authorize the card and debit the full amount if the damage is caused and cover the of handling the damage deposit on our side. 

If no damage is caused during their stay, by default we will release your guest’s deposit 10 days after checkout.

Yes, you do. Our Damage Deposit works best when combined with our Guest Screening or ID Verification.

Damage Waiver – between damage waivers and deposits is that a damage waiver is a smaller, one-time, non-refundable fee of around US $35.

Damage Deposit – is a larger amount of money paid in case the damage has been done. We charge guests a small non-refundable operational fee which amounts to around 2% of the general damage deposit sum. Charging this fee is essential for us since it covers the deposit management expenses and allows us to authorize the guest’s card enabling us to charge the full amount if the damage occurs.
